My book "Winner or Loser Who Are You?™" is turning into a sensation! The iconic, real life, stories of my experiences have already helped numerous people with their situations at school, in business and in life! In life we all have accountability and responsibilities regardless if your the CEO or janitor, but, we are all equal and no one is better then anyone else.

I've become a leader for young people trying to succeed. I've always had an inner feeling about myself that was always below the uniform of a CEO as can be seen in the photo below of me 9 months after quitting. My book is meant to help ALL succeed in their current or future endeavors!

The Goal

The Goal of Winner or Loser Who Are You?™ is to help ALL people, of all cultures, entering or currently in the business world. What I have learned in my 45 years starting with my first job as a stock boy at Kmart in Detroit to CEO and Chairman of the Board of the North American branch of the largest material handling supplier in the world, Daifuku, has given me a perspective on human nature that allowed me to achieve great success all through dealing with the diverse culture of people I worked with. The challenges are real and knowledge is power in this tumultuous world!

The Concept

The concepts and ideas presented by Winner or Loser Who Are You?™ are meant to assist with your career through the winding road of business that can only be learned through living it. We all experience situations in our careers whether it be an obnoxious boss, co-worker or just plain frustration with the work environment. We all wonder why in the heck is management doing this or that, or even worse, why aren't they doing progressive things. Winner or Loser Who Are You?™ will try to give a perspective that helps with dealing with these everyday questions and situations giving you an advantage in your goals and providing a self-help guide.

What I Hope

I hope to provide knowledge and understanding of how to be a winner in business and how to avoid being labeled a loser using real life situations giving morals to the stories as well as advice on how to handle the winding road.

I will soon have a weekly blog based on questions received with common sense answers being discussed and given.
